Route U3-12 departs from exit 130 off I-95, leaving the Old Salem Church Road Park and Ride off Route 3/Salem Church Road in Fredericksburg, VA at 4:45AM.
The members of this van pool travel to Fort Belvoir and operate on a 6:00AM-3:00PM Monday-Friday work schedule. They stop at the DeWitt Community Hospital, DLA and INSCOM in the mornings, and pick up from DLA in the afternoons. During working hours, the van is parked at the Nolan Building on base.
The van arrives back to the Old Salem Church Road Park and Ride at 4:20PM
