Route 208-3 departs from exit 126 off I-95, leaving the Route 208 Commuter Lot on Courthouse Road/Houser Drive in Fredericksburg, VA at 6:00AM. They pick up additional riders off exit 140 at the Route 630 Commuter Lot off Courthouse Road in Stafford, VA at 6:15AM.
The members of this van pool travel to NW Washington, DC and operate on a 7:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Friday work schedule. They stop at The Ronald Reagan Building (7:00AM), G and 13th Street (7:05AM), H and 9th Street (7:10AM), as well as Indiana and 5th Street (7:15AM) before ultimately parking the van during working hours at the Capital One Arena. In the afternoons, they make pick-ups at 8th and G Street (4:35PM), 10th and G Street (4:40PM), and at the Museum of American History on Madison Drive (4:50PM).
They drop riders off at the Route 630 Commuter Lot at 5:30PM and arrive back to the Route 208 Commuter Lot at 6:15PM.
